Olek is one of the most enthusiastic, passionate researchers I've had the pleasure to work with and mentor. He's always willing to roll up his sleeves and GET THINGS DONE (and there are always things to get done). I particularly appreciated how good Olek is at asking questions — both of users and of me. He never takes anything for granted. Olek can lead projects independently from soup to nuts - his organizational skills definitely surpassed my own. He's deeply empathetic and is always thinking about the people he's interacting with and how he can help them. He has a strong understanding of UX principles and his technical skills enable him to not just research solutions, but to build them out as well. When you're building a team out, Olek will always be there to empower you on anything, even if it's through emotional support and understanding. He's exactly the kind of person I always want to hire.
